Governance: The Wittmann Park Condos are self-managed by the owners. The contact person regarding the condos in general is as follows:

Condo Property: there are 5 buildings—10 townhouses and 32 one-floor units.
Expansion: There will be NO condo expansion.
Parking: Each condo owner has a garage for inside parking and one outside parking place.

Reserve Funds: The condo association has a reserve fund of approximately $30,000.00 with an additional $25,000.00 in a money-market account.
Condominium Rental: Bylaws FORBID the rental of the condo units.

Dues: They are paid quarterly and are determined proportionally by the square footage of the unit.
