Wittmann Park Association of Condominium Owners (WPACO) is an attractive and quiet residential community on approximately five acres in Menasha. Located south of Highway 441 and near Appleton Road, Wittmann Park provides convenient access to the growing Fox Cities in Northeastern Wisconsin.
Composed of five buildings and 42 units, we feature single-flat homes with two bedrooms at both lower and upper levels, with either an outdoor patio or upper deck, and a separate garage. Plus we have two-story townhomes with two bedrooms, an outdoor patio, a basement and attached garage.
Wittmann Park Association includes a heated pool and a relaxing sun deck for its residents. Services include driveway snow removal, lawn-mowing, exterior repairs and a part-time maintenance person.
We are a volunteer self-managed association consisting of 3-7 board members as resident officers.
The Wittmann Park Association website provides both residents and potential owners access to the annual budget, executive summary, association by-laws, newsletter, quarterly association fees, pet policy, other information and a Contact Person.
